Category Agent Profile

Jeanine grew up in Stellenbosch where she attended both Stellenbosch primary and High school. There she stayed and completed her B.Accounting degree from Stellenbosch University, although she soon realized that accounting was not her passion.

After deciding to move with the love of her life, Marco, to his family farm in Prince Albert, she was teaching accounting at the local school, but still, this was not her passion. Unfortunately, after 5 years of being a teacher and farmer’s wife, the farm was sold, and they moved to George where they had their two children, Jeannie and Luan (now 15 and 13). She opened her own small shop which she had for 5 years. After being offered a job to work in the aviation industry as the operations manager, she grabbed the opportunity to learn new things.

It was always in her heart to someday return to her hometown, Stellenbosch, and give her children the life that she had as a child. Fortunately, an opportunity emerged in Cape Town, and 2017 their family moved back to Stellenbosch to run their own distribution company. However, Covid struck, and they had to close their doors; it was then that Jeanine decided to take her chances in the Property Industry. Soon she realised she had a knack for it and was blessed by selling 10 properties in her first year of being an agent. Entrepreneurship and sales are in her blood. Her husband Marco joined Agrisell in 2022. Shortly after, she realized that as a team, she and Marco could accomplish much more. This led to her joining Agrisell in July 2023.

All the experiences from the different industries, including first-hand experience in customer satisfaction and marketing, taught her to work with all types of people. She never had time for disappointments in life, as her fighting spirit carried her through as she took a leap of faith and believed in herself and her capabilities.

With an outgoing, cheerful personality, a zest for life, and a passion for Stellenbosch and its people, Jeanine is already an immense asset to Agrisell.
