Tania Kotze
Tania grew up in Bloemfontein in the Free State and Durbanville in the Western Cape where she matriculated and obtained a secretarial diploma. She has been a farmer's wife the past 25 years. After marrying Marius, she embraced farm life and started helping with farm and admin duties. Tania also taught her two kids at home for ten years. Her daughter is currently a teacher at Vredenburg High School and her son is still completing school. Tania joined Agrisell in 2015 when Jan-Hendrik Fourie appointed her as personal assistant at the Piketberg office. She embarked on the journey of sales agent in the beginning of 2017 and completed her NQF4 qualification in real estate. While working in Piketberg she focused on residential and commercial property sales.
When Tania and her family relocated to Malmesbury in 2018, she shifted her focus to small-holdings and farms in the Swartland region. Tania's favourite pastime is spending time with her family. She loves long walks on the beach or trail walks in nature. Her hobbies are baking and gardening. She enjoys the flexibility of being an estate agent because every day is different. Meeting new people and being able to interact with a variety of clientele makes her excited about this profession. Tania values the sense of family that Agrisell creates for agents by equipping them through training, as well as by having experienced advice and guidance available. She is thankful to be part of a team committed to excellence, professionalism, and good ethics.
