Exceptional quality olive oils are pressed by an olive press on the estate and various olive products can be purchased. The estate is widely renowned for its delicious olives and quality olive products supplying to various supermarkets and delicatessen outlets. Olives from other producers in the region are also bought in to fill the huge demand.
The factory consists of reception and tasting areas boasting phenomenal views from the stoep. The oil processing plant, bottling and storage facilities are well-designed and functional. Water:
Water usage rights are registered with the Kweek Valley Irrigation Scheme. A duly equipped borehole supplies water that is stored in a concrete reservoir. Water is pumped directly from the reservoir into the well-maintained micro-sprayer irrigation system for the olive groves.
Adequate water supply from a 23-hectare earth dam filled after flood rain and various strong boreholes fitted with submersible pumps, secure irrigation water supply to the olive groves, as well as for household, lawn, and lush gardens.
